Identity before a chatbot can speak for a business.

The public site stays open. An India workspace connects WhatsApp only after the owner consents in DigiLocker and a live camera photo matches that portrait.

DigiLocker is the official consent path. Terviros asks DigiLocker for the consented portrait and keeps the last four characters of the identifier. The full Aadhaar number is not written to the database.

The face check uses the camera in the browser. The photo and the DigiLocker portrait are compared by Amazon Rekognition in ap-south-1, then both images are discarded. A match is recorded as matched. A miss leaves the workspace unverified.

This is Terviros account security. It uses the portrait the owner consented to share. It is the gate that keeps unknown people from opening a WhatsApp chatbot on this site.

The DigiLocker callback is https://terviros.com/api/v1/kyc/digilocker/callback. Meta and DigiLocker both complete their callbacks after the domain is served with HTTPS.
